A cheese lover's paradise

Most products these days are either manufactured off-site, mass produced, full of chemicals or all three. I find it particularly worrying with regards to food. What can possibly be healthy about an apple imported from the other side of the world, genetically modified and pumped with chemicals to prolong 'freshness' and to enhance colour and taste, for example? It's just all about making money.
This is why I favour small, traditional companies who practice traditional methods in a traditional setting. Like the Connage Highland Diary for example, which is part of Milton of Connage, a family-run farm at Ardersier.
The family produce and sell a range of organic, handcrafted vegetarian cheeses which you can watch being made through the viewing window. You can taste and buy their cheese, local oatcakes and other delicious delights on site, too.

All products are fully traceable and Connage guarantees the highest standard of animal welfare and care for the cows.
Definitely worth a visit! Connage is a 40 minute drive from Kiltearn House.
